Mr. White is the Chief Financial Officer of Jennison Management Company, where he leads finance, accounting, and operations. 

Prior to joining Jennison Management Company, Nate spent almost five years at Rhino Capital Advisors, a Boston based real estate investment manager, operator, and developer, serving as its Chief Financial Officer. During his time at Rhino, Nate led the financial and transaction closings on over $850 million in real estate and led all real estate investment debt financing/refinancing efforts, negotiations, and closings for over 40 commercial real estate loans, in addition to overseeing all operations, accounting, finance, and tax functions.

 Prior to Rhino, Nate worked for Madison Marquette (formally The Roseview Group) in Boston. During his tenure he was an integral member of the company’s finance and accounting team, serving as Senior Vice President of Finance, directly assisting in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of over $900 million in real estate. Nate was also in charge of the company’s financial, tax, and performance measurement reporting for its real estate investment portfolio and in charge of managing the company’s corporate finances of the investment management group.

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Nate began his career at KPMG in Boston, elevating to Manager prior to his departure, where he specialized in the investment management and real estate industry. His clients included open and closed-end fair value real estate funds, real estate development companies, operating properties and portfolios of directly owned real estate assets for large institutional pension funds.

Nate is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate & Finance Association, NAOIP, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and the American Society of CPAs. Nate is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and received his B.S. and M.S. from Bentley University.
